It is then aged in the bottle for 24 months, reaching its maximum expression of elegance and complexity. This unique process highlights the distinctive characteristics of the Sierra de Cádiz terroir.
Deep garnet in colour, the nose offers aromas of ripe black fruits , sweet spices and delicate notes of toasted wood. On the palate, it is structured and powerful, with firm tannins and a long finish evoking cocoa and vanilla.
