El Campestral Tinto Ancestral 2020 is a red sparkling wine made from selected varieties using the traditional ancestral method . This process consists of carrying out a single fermentation in the bottle, without the addition of sugars or external agents, creating a natural sparkling wine with fine and delicate bubbles. It reflects the authenticity and richness of the Sierra de Cádiz terroir.
Garnet in colour with brick red highlights , the nose presents notes of ripe red and black fruits , accompanied by subtle spicy nuances. On the palate, it is a dry wine, with balanced acidity, fine tannins and a refreshing finish that highlights its unique character.
