During ageing, a natural veil of yeast develops on the surface of the wine , protecting it from oxygen and transforming its aromas and flavours. This ancestral method provides extraordinary complexity, creating a unique profile that evokes the winemaking tradition of the Sierra de Cádiz .
Yellow-green in colour with golden highlights , the nose displays distinctive aromas of bakery, pastries and yeast , with subtle notes of nuts. On the palate, it stands out for its medium acidity, remarkable body and a delicate touch of toffee on the finish.

Me han encantado estos vinos, sobre todo el blanco, volveré a comprar
Una relación calidad/precio insuperable. El blanco bajo velo es un vino con muchísimo carácter y muy diferente al resto. Si te gusta el "White Ground" ; ), este no es tu vino !! (¡ aunque siempre estás a tiempo de cambiar !). El roble 12 meses es una maravilla para el precio que estás pagando. Supera con creces a otros vinos en complejidad y sabor. La entrega es rápida y la atención al cliente muy buena.
Bueno aún no me ha dado tiempo a probar todo lo que pedí pero el Roble si y me ha gustado mucho,el vino es un tema muy personal y cada persona tiene su gusto y apreciación,la mía es esa y aparte de gustarme el que sea ecológico ,sin pesticidas y químicos para mi es importante,así que seguiré comprando cada vez que necesite.Lo recomiendo.
Me ha gustado mucho el vino blanco, el tinto todavía no lo he probado.
Siempre he comprobado vino de Cataluña muy bueno.
