AbuelHita Dulce is a naturally sweet red wine made from Tintilla de Rota, Merlot and Petit Verdot grapes, which undergo a traditional sunning process. During this artisanal method, the grapes are exposed to the sun to dry out, concentrating their sugars and flavours. With a production limited to just 498 bottles , this wine pays homage to Dolores Hita Diánez and the winemaking traditions of the Sierra de Cádiz .

Dark burgundy in colour with brown nuances , the nose displays enveloping aromas of raisins, dates, chocolate and blackberries . On the palate, it combines flavours of toffee, caramel and red fruits , achieving a perfect balance between sweetness and freshness.

  • Nuts such as almonds and walnuts.
  • Desserts such as chocolate cakes or candied fruits.
