AbuelHita , made with Tintilla de Rota, Merlot, and Petit Verdot grapes , captures the essence of winemaking tradition through the artisanal sun-drying method. This process, in which the grapes are dried in the sun, concentrates their sugars and flavors, creating a sweet and sophisticated wine. With a limited production of 498 bottles , it is a tribute to Dolores Hita Diánez, preserving the artisanal legacy of Campestral.

Deep burgundy in color with brown undertones, its nose unfolds with enveloping aromas of raisins, dates, chocolate, and blackberries. On the palate, it combines flavors of toffee, caramel, and red berries, achieving a perfect balance between sweetness and freshness.
